What happens when socialist or communist principles take over an entire country and government becomes the answer to everything?

The country eventually fails in it's productive sectors and the people become poorer and poorer.  In the case of America...we are in the phase of gradual decline.  But it is possible given the amount of debt we hold in the global economy, as we are beholden to other nations like China (primarily), that we will see some major event that could dramatically and quickly affect the economic situation in our country.

Things such as food and gasoline will skyrocket with the basic rules of supply and demand, as well as scarcity.  Do you remember that college education about economics?

What happens when China calls in the debt?  Most likely war...

What about when World War II was in full swing and the victory garden was a work and sacrifice that all of America and Great Britain took as a serious step for the preservation of liberty?  Do you think people will do that again?  That was back in the day when people were mostly self-sufficient already?  They had basic survival skills then, because the government was not feeding them a monthly check to keep their stomachs full.

What will the majority of Americans do, (who are not even close to self sufficient), when they become hungry, they have no money...no check from the government and no skills to grow food, or store food, or anything else for that matter!

They will try to find someone else who has food...and eventually when they are hungry enough they will want to take your food, and possibly kill you.  Remember...there is no moral ground in America anymore, now that God has been removed from most of our society...they will take what they want and need from those who are weaker.

So will you become one of those people that takes from other people?  Or will you prepare yourself with supplies for the coming storm.
