In the midst of so much crazy news about Chinese bases south of Laredo, Texas, we get a bit of sanity in the news concerning perhaps why China is appearing in so many places around the globe.   The natural progression of China growing it's investments in countries around the world, is the expansion of it's military to protect those investments in industry and in people.
