Here is the full report (from our sources) on Chinese incursions into U.S. territory, communications being cut, testing of response times to perceived assaults.  This also includes more information about Drug Cartel activities which seem to be escalating on the border.  

I have received this via my classified resources.  Some people might be inclined to think I am merely "self promoting" as one individual put it, but I am merely passing on information that I receive.  What do I have to gain?  I have more to lose for reporting this than I have to gain.  

Take the information for what it is worth and figure out what it means for you and your preparations.

The Strong Watchman

Information received from a civilian watch dog group “Vigilant Guard” the group has volunteers set up along the entire Mexican Boarder from AZ all the way to Tx I’ve been told that members are somewhere between 1200 to 1500 strong and continue to grow. They have taken an oath to maintain an on going visual of the Boarder and reporting information of activities they see taking place that could pose a threat to the citizens on the US. They take all necessary precautions to remain unseen and undetected. Here is the latest from the VG.

They are aware of the two helicopters that entered US air space last week. They confirmed the sighting and added this. Our group was assigned to the Mexican border around the Deming area. We observed as two unidentified H’s flew along the border on the Mexican side. As they came closer to where our group was positioned the H’s turned North into US air space toward Lordsburg NM. Through binoculars we were able to see that these were not US H’s but were one of the Chinese Z series models. Oddly enough after passing us within a 100yds we lost all communication for about 1minute. After they were well on their way our comm. came back on. We continued watching the H’s and saw them turn and make their way back across the border about 2 to 3 miles west from our position. To say the least this is very disturbing and we have no explanation as to why they entered our air space undetected. We never saw any US engagement of the H’s during this whole time.

We have had reports from other locations that we maintain around Laredo, Eagle Pass, Deming, Bisbee, and Marana of Chinese military and helicopter sorties being conducted on the Mexican border side. In addition to this some of our teams have experienced temporary comm. loss as well. Many in our group who are retired military who carried pretty high clearances told us that what we are witnessing taking place is our response time being tested.

We have also learned that the frequency of illegal’s crossing our border with Chinese currency and passports and shipping papers have been on the rise. Some have been found with up to 90,000 Yuan (about 14,000 US) on them. Our guess is they are smuggling this money to Chinese living here in the states. It makes sense, because it eliminates using a bank and creating a paper trail and it would be impossible to transfer such large sums of money through Western Union there limit is around $3,000. As for the shipping papers, (all written in Chinese) well yet another piece of the puzzle we don’t get. Are these from the containers that were said to be used for housing the troops? Or are some of the ones we see on the US railways marked CHINA actually slated for delivery in Mexico?

In any case we all need to be vigilant. Whatever is taking place with the secrecy surrounding it certainly does not
have the US best interest at hand. Just keep this in mind, if our communication was cut how many of us do you think would even remotely consider that it would be happening on a National scale. Even our electricity for that matter. When we do experience an outage of any sort most of us take for granted that it is usually localized. If part of their plan is to cut our comm. these troops could move into the southern states virtually undetected.

The citizens that would attempt (no matter how well armed) to try to engage them would be so minimal they would pose no threat what so ever. You ask anyone who has ever been in the service and they will tell you two of the best weapons in warfare is Propaganda and the Element of Surprise. We would have no way of letting friends or family know what was taking place until it was to late, by then it will be over. We need to pray that God will hinder the efforts of our enemies and cause them to stumble and fall at every turn. At least maybe then will we stand a chance.
