Is this even possible?  I guess any thing is possible in this day and age of corruption in which we live.  So apparently a "secret panel can put Americans on 'kill list'"

(NaturalNews) You know things are bad in the realm of tyranny when even Reuters runs a story that admits the White House openly engages in the outright murder of U.S. citizens whom the White House deems "enemies." In an article entitled,Secret panel can put Americans on "kill list", Reuters reported:

There is no public record of the operations or decisions of the panel, which is a subset of the White House's National Security Council, several current and former officials said.
