Many years ago, I was a frequent visitor of a website called "abortionismurder.org". This fine example of journalism sadly was removed, by the creator or by liberal judicial action I know not. Ever since it left the internet, I periodically search for the phrase, hoping to find it again. This most recent ttime though, I found on the sixth search result "Why abortion is not murder".

I had to read it, and I'm glad I did. I am totally convinced now that abortion is not murder! (Sarcastic Emphasis)

Except I am not a fool.

The scariest thing to me is that the article was posted on about.com, a website that by it's own admission is "a valuable resource for content that helps people to solve the large and small needs of everyday life". I daresay that this "content" is not going to help people solve anything!

But I digress. The article claims that because the doctor does not KNOW that the baby is in fact a person, that the injection of a high dose of saline, or some other form of abortion, does not constitute murder. It only constitutes involuntary manslaughter.

What makes me laugh though, is that it parallels abortion to a friend accidentally shooting his hunting buddy, having mistook him for a deer.

Two problems there, first, if his buddy would have been wearing a safety vest, like many intelligent NRA members do, he wouldn't have been SHOT!

Obviously written by a liberal gun-control activist.

Second problem, the doctor does KNOW that it is murder, he does KNOW that he is killing a human, he is simply supressing the truth.

Romans 1:18 says that people "suppress the truth by their wickedness". They KNOW the truth, they simply supress it in order to act out their wickedness. Romans goes on to talk about how the nature of God is plain, how it is obvious what God is thinking. Since it is obvious, people are WITHOUT EXCUSE!

I'm sorry Tom Head, I'm not convinced. Pretty sure abortion is murder, period.
