Oh NO Windows Blue Screen of Death!

What do you do now? Everyone hates the Blue Screen of death...and it can be caused by so many random failures. Hardware, software, drivers, hard drives, memory errors...and on and on.
It often happens with Windows Operating Systems. Everything is going fine and then randomly you end up with a blue screen of death. Sometimes you may be stuck in a reboot loop as well. Usually when this happens…you might see a really fast blip of a blue screen….but the text and error code go so fast that you can not see what the screen says. So…first step.
Boot that machine up and press F8 as it’s booting. And the option you want to select on F8 boot is “Prevent auto-restart on error”. Then reboot. This will allow you to see what the error is at least. Then you can search the error message to see what Google or Microsoft has to say about it.
