I am to blame for my own debt.  But the overall problem is the policies which are being enforced and implemented at the Federal level.

How does it ever work to cut taxes and increase spending.  It does not.  But the alternative is "AUSTERITY MEASURES".  Austerity is coming naturally to America...those who can barely afford to pay their bills...shut off the lights when they are not being used.  Take shorter showers.  Drive their cars less to save gas.  Burn wood to save natural gas.

It is government enforced "austerity measures" that will be the problem for spoiled Americans who decided not to take their own actions into consideration.

Be happy whether you have a little or a lot.  A roof over your head and clothes on your back...are much more than many people have in the world today.  Not to mention food.  People starving because of expensive and fruitless government spending...which lines the pockets of corporations and banks...

Things could be done so much better. Like encourage people to grow and can their own food. Take pride in their efforts at self-sufficiency.  Make community land available for people to grow their own food.

Back the government off of farming and restrictions on farmland.  This country is screwed as it is now.  People are sheep...who think everything will always continue as it has...easy and cheap.

Teach them how to grow food and preserve it in jars like the old days, when corporations DID NOT provide all our desires and whims on the grocery store shelves delivered from across the country or across the world.

People have forgotten where their food comes from...forgotten how to just live simple lives...it's always about money money money.  I am sick of it.

Part of me honestly can not wait until the people are required to grow their own food and be self-sufficient in ways that they do not even comprehend right now.  We will have a much more honest society when the people have to work for their own survival. Not fun...but at least real.
